Oktava MKE-9 Electret Condenser Mics

Made in 1989 to 1991 right at the end of the Soviet Era.

These are transformer balanced, small diaphragm electret condenser mics that are powered by a single 1.5V battery.

Fixed cable wired to balanced XLR. The grill is nickel plated and the barrel is powder coated metal. Nice quality for the age and price.
